Most of our products ship from different printing partners with in the USA. They ship directly to you the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy
I do offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. Returns are welcome. Returns must be within 30 business days and contact us prior to the return so we can watch for the item to reach us. Place items in shipping bag with your order number inside of the package, along with your name address email.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping a return, as well as their tracking number upon sending their return. We recommend tracking and insurance in case the carrier damages or loses the item on it way to us, Back Forty Cowgirl is not responsible if it is lost or damaged by the carrier.

We are always happy to answer questions , If you want a custom color size or want a design on a different product please cotact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.
I want to cancel my order?
All are products are sent to production as soon as your order is placed, because of this, we do not gaurentee we can cancel. We will do our best to cancel if contacted right away but once the item is in production it is beyond our control. If you made a mistake on size or address ect.. please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to get that fixed.

How is shipping fee calculated?
We offer Free Shipping in the USA. We also ship to Canada. Our site is not currently set up for other countries yet. IF you want to make a purchase from another country please reach out to us and we will see if we can make that happen.
